We have adapted this website to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal, case-law or industry developments.
As a user, you warrant that the data you provide is accurate, authentic and truthful, and you undertake to keep it up to date. GEPTAHOR, S.L. is released from any liability regarding inaccurate data.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through our forms:
- Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Booking form: name, email, phone, preferred package and requested dates.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, beliefs, ethnicity, etc.) and we do not use automated profiling.
3. Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiries and send quotes.
- To confirm, prepare and manage your studio sessions.
- To keep a record of our business relationship.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with:
- Service providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting, email).
- Competent authorities when required by law.
5. How long we keep your data
Contact and booking data is kept for 6 years in order to comply with legal, tax and commercial obligations. Data processed on the basis of consent (for example newsletter subscriptions) is kept indefinitely until you object or ask us to delete it.

Under the GDPR and applicable Spanish data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access, rectify or erase your personal data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Security
We have adopted the organisational and technical measures within our reach to prevent misuse, unauthorised access by ourselves or third parties, and alteration of your personal data. Everyone with access to personal data — staff, partners and service providers — is bound by confidentiality obligations. However, absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed; in the event of a security breach we will follow the notification protocol required by the applicable data protection legislation.
8. Social media
We maintain official profiles on social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. When you follow or interact with those profiles, we process the public information of your profile (in particular your contact name) in order to answer your queries and inform you about our activity. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by choosing to follow us, and you can withdraw it at any time by unfollowing or blocking the profile. Those data are only used within the social network itself and are only added to our own records when necessary to handle your request. Each social network has its own privacy policy and settings, which we recommend you review.
