1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Alegria Content Studio website and the booking of studio sessions, content production and related services. By submitting a booking request or using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Services

Alegria Content Studio provides access to a video studio and kitchen studio, including optional technical support, editing and content-creation services. The exact deliverables depend on the package selected.

3. Booking

Bookings are made via the form on this website, by email or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once we send a written confirmation (email) and, where applicable, receive the deposit or full payment.

Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. Minors may participate only with the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown are launch prices and do not include VAT. The applicable VAT rate will be added to the invoice. Payment terms are specified in the quote or confirmation email.

For long-term or monthly plans, payment is due according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed session by notifying us at least 48 hours (placeholder) before the scheduled start. Cancellations made less than 48 hours (placeholder) before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual property

All raw footage, edited videos, photographs and project files produced during a paid session belong to the client from final payment. Alegria Content Studio retains no ownership rights and may only use the content for its own portfolio, website or social media with the client’s prior written permission.

The client guarantees that they have the right to any material they bring into the studio (music, logos, products, etc.) and indemnifies Alegria Content Studio against third-party claims.

7. Guarantee and liability

If a technical failure on our side (sound, light, camera or image) makes the recorded material unusable, we will re-record the affected part at no additional cost, subject to availability. This guarantee does not cover errors caused by the client (forgotten lines, wardrobe, props, etc.).

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

8. Studio rules

Clients must follow the safety and equipment instructions given by the studio team. Food and drink should be kept away from technical equipment. Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Alicante, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory local jurisdiction.
